KEY HOLDING SERVICES

THIS SERVICE COVERS THE FOLLOWING

  • Airing the property 
(opening windows and doors whilst other jobs are carried out)
  • Flushing the toilets
  • Running the taps
  • Checking for any damp or mould 
(visual only – no furniture will be moved)
  • Checking electricity, water and gas (visual/smell only)
  • Checking for any visual signs of break-in or damage
  • Report back to clients monthly with any issues
  • Arrange minor repairs to be carried out by local tradesmen

  • 2 sets of keys labelled by Us
  • All instruction manuals left in the kitchen
  • Copy of insurance documents to include Public Liability
  • Instructions on how to operate any equipment; i.e. TV/SAT, Air Con/Heating, Washing machine etc.
  • Owner’s bank account details
  • Owner’s contact details
  • Copy of community rules
